When you access my website, your browser automatically transmits general information to the website’s server. This information is temporarily recorded in a so-called log file. The information collected is technically necessary to ensure the proper loading and functioning of the website and is mandatory when using the internet. If you contact me by email or using the contact form, the details you provide will be used to process your inquiry and then stored in case of follow-up questions. You can place orders via my website without registering.

Your personal data will be entered into an input mask and transmitted to me and stored. If you place an order through my website, I will collect the following data:

Salutation, first name, last name,
a valid e-mail address,
address,
telephone number (landline and/or mobile).

The collection of this data takes place,

to be able to identify you as a customer
to be able to process, fulfill and handle your order;
for correspondence with you;
for invoicing purposes;
to process any liability claims that may exist, as well as to assert any claims against you;
to ensure the technical administration of the website;
to manage customer data.

As part of the ordering process, consent is obtained from you to process this data.

The data processing is carried out on your order and / or registration and is required under Art. 6 para 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the stated purposes for the appropriate processing of your order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations under the purchase contract.

The personal data collected for the processing of your order will be stored until the expiry of the statutory storage obligation and then deleted, unless I am required under Article 6 para 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO due to tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) to a longer storage or you have consented to a further storage under Art. 6 para 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

If you enter your email address in the registration form for our newsletter, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. By clicking on the link you confirm your consent to receiving our newsletter  (so-called double opt-in procedure). You can revoke this consent at any time; every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. The data you give us to receive the newsletter will be stored and used exclusively to send out the newsletter. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your data will be deleted.

We use CleverReach to send the newsletter. The provider is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, which provides services for organizing, creating, and distributing newsletters. CleverReach also provides us with reports that show, among other things, how many recipients have opened the newsletter and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked on. We use this information exclusively to optimize our newsletter.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. I hereby inform you that Google Analytics has been supplemented on this website with the code “anonymizeIp” to ensure anonymous capture of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to uniformly display fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. To do so, your browser must connect to Google’s servers. This lets Google know that this website has been accessed from your IP address. I use Google Fonts in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of my online offerings.

I only store your data for as long as is required by law. After this period expires, the data is routinely deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
